  I cannot say anything about the quality of the actual plumbing, since it was a no-show on first appointment.
  
  I called the receptionist three times during the scheduled two-hour window to find out where the plumber is, and at first, she assured me that the plumber can show up anytime during the two-hour window (I believe this to be untrue; the first plumber I got a quote from showed up on time, and he needed almost the full two hours to evaluate - it's a big job). There also was no way for me to speak to the plumber directly to see what's going on, since the front desk does not give out phone numbers.
  
  Two minutes before the end of the appointment, the receptionist finally called me back; she finally got a hold of the plumber, and it turns out that the plumber went to an emergency plumbing thing but failed to notify anyone about it.
  
  Emergency thing - not a problem. Not letting me know about it despite me calling several times - problem, especially since I took off work for this.
  
  They were not forthcoming in rescheduling the appointment. I will go with another (hopefully more reliable) plumber.
